Results: Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your stock, pricing, location and market conditions. Where we offer a performance guarantee, its exact terms are defined in your service agreement.
Your responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to accounts and assets, and to ensure your own advertising and finance promotions comply with all applicable laws, including FCA and ASA requirements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to MDM Marketing and protected by intellectual property laws. Creative we produce for you is licensed for your agreed marketing use; ownership and usage rights are set out in your service agreement.
